Sorry Ankit Ji…..Tution fee paid for regular study of children only can be exempted from Income Tax Till now…Hope this budget do something new in this regard

i inverst yearly 2,300/- in LIC
I would be claiming children educational allowance for 2008-09 during the current FY 2009-10. Will this be considered as income for the FY 2009-10 with applicable rebate of Rs.100/month ?
